In December 2025, we achieved B Corp certification,
an international recognition awarded to companies that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.

Why We Became a B Corp

Guided by our mission, “FAV OUR PLANET,” we have introduced exceptional outdoor and lifestyle brands from around the world to the Japanese market.
The brands we carry, such as Cotopaxi and Ciele Athletics, are globally recognized not only for their product quality but also for their sustainable manufacturing processes and commitment to social responsibility.
As the distributor bringing these visionary brands to Japan, we asked ourselves: What is our own responsibility toward the global environment and society?
We believe using world-class standards to measure and improve our impact is key to bringing our vision to life. Evolving from a "product-selling business" into a "Business as a Force for Good," we committed ourselves to the challenge of B Corp certification.

Our Key Initiatives

The B Corp certification comprehensively evaluates a company’s impact across five categories: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers.

We received particularly high scores in the "Workers" and "Community" categories. This achievement reflects international recognition of our founding principle: "Respecting our colleagues and walking alongside our local communities." Specific initiatives, such as [Welfare Examples] and [Local Activities], were the key drivers of our score.

  1. Workers

    Among the five categories, we achieved our highest score in "Workers," recognizing our efforts to enhance employee well-being and create a supportive work environment.
    Our corporate culture—characterized by fair wages, comprehensive benefits, a safe workplace, and continuous investment in education and career development—has been validated by international standards.

  2. Community

    Our strong ties with the local community and partnerships throughout our supply chain also earned high praise.
    We were recognized for our stance as a company that grows together with its community through local procurement, collaboration with diverse suppliers, and active participation in charitable giving and volunteering.

With the achievement of B Corp cer tification, we will fur ther accelerate our mission, FAV OUR PLANET,and go beyond the conventional role of an impor t trading company.
As a translator of progressive values from around the world to Japan, we will strengthen the following initiatives and lead the development of a more sustainable culture of consumption.

    Expanding a Sustainable Brand Portfolio

    We will deepen par tnerships with brands that prioritize social contribution and environmental protection,including Cotopaxi. By conveying not only product functionality but also the stories and philosophies behind each brand,we will ontinue to create experiences in which choosing a product it self becomes an act of positive impact.

    Greening Our Logistics and Supply Chain

    In collaboration with our group company, ALCO Logistics Co., Ltd., we will promote the use of recycled materials in logistics resources and optimize delivery ef f iciency.
    Across every step of the process—from warehousing to final delivery—we will work to reduce environmental impact and build a clean supply chain aligned with B Corp standards.

    Creating an Enjoyable Future with Our Communities

    Through our directly operated stores and events, we will strengthen dialogue with customers and local communities.
    As a member of the global B Corp community, we aim to foster a new culture in Japan where businesses actively address social challenges, and to take action together with our par tners to leave a bet ter planet for future generations.
